These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Go Gadget Outlet website and your purchase of used mobile phones from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Go Gadget Outlet specialises in the sale of used and refurbished mobile phones. All products are pre-owned, tested, and graded based on condition before being made available for sale.

2. Product Condition & Grading

All phones sold are used and graded according to their cosmetic condition and functionality. Each listing includes a description and condition rating, which may include:

  • Grade A – Excellent condition with minimal signs of use
  • Grade B – Good condition with light wear and tear
  • Grade C – Fair condition with visible signs of use

All devices are fully tested, unlocked (unless stated), and reset to factory settings. Batteries are tested to meet minimum performance standards but may not hold the same charge as new batteries.

3. Ordering Process

  • Orders can be placed online at www.gogadgetoutlet.co.uk
  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email
  • A contract is formed when we dispatch your item(s)

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable)
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase

Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and secure gateways such as PayPal.

5. Delivery

  • Standard UK delivery is usually within 3–5 working days
  • Orders are dispatched via trusted couriers with tracking
  • We are not responsible for loss or theft once an item is delivered to a designated safe place, neighbour, or third-party

If an item is delayed beyond 30 days (unless otherwise agreed), you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

6. Cancellations & Returns (Online Orders Only)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To cancel:

  • Return the phone in its original condition, with all included accessories, within 14 days of notifying us

You will receive a refund, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Exclusions:
Returns are not accepted for devices that have been damaged, modified, jailbroken/rooted, or returned in a condition different from when sold.

7. Warranty

All used phones are sold with a 12-month warranty covering:

  • Mechanical or electrical faults
  • Non-user-related issues (e.g., touchscreen failure, charging problems)

Exclusions include:

  • Accidental or liquid damage
  • Battery degradation after 30 days
  • Cosmetic wear and tear
  • Damage due to rooting/jailbreaking
  • Damage from unauthorised repairs or software modifications

8. Faulty Items

If a fault arises:

  • Within 30 days: You may return the item for a full refund, replacement, or repair
  • After 30 days and up to 6 months: We will offer one free repair or replacement. If this fails, a full refund will be issued
  • After 6 months and up to 12 months: You must provide evidence the fault existed at the time of sale; if confirmed, a partial refund, repair, or replacement will be offered

9. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Backing up and removing personal data before returning any device
  • Using devices as intended and not modifying or tampering with software or hardware
  • Ensuring devices are handled appropriately to avoid physical damage

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Data loss or privacy breaches due to customer error
  • Any indirect or consequential loss
  • Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair, or third-party apps/software

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and logos, is owned or licensed by Go Gadget Outlet. You may not use any content without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

We collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your data to third parties without your consent.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
